The client asked for the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) implementations, seeking to improve the organic positioning of her website. The objective of this service is aimed at optimizing the programming, structure and content of the website to achieve a better indexing of the site by the search engine algorithms and thus, position itself in the market in which it is inserted. This service focuses on achieving a positioning among the first answers offered in the various search engines based on the keywords that users enter as a search method on the web and that usually define their intentions and / or interests.

According to the client's interest, the alternative solution we presented was created from an initial evaluation and analysis of the website and its contents, the editing, restructuring and optimization of texts, graphic contents and layout of the site. This alternative was structured toward satisfying the requirements of the Core Web Vitals, Search Signals, On-page SEO, GooglePassages and Mobile-First-Indexing that influence organic positioning. The service included:

• Website dagnosis.
• On-page SEO implementations.
• On-page content.
• Adaptation and indexing focused on mobile devices.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager integration for traffic tracking and analysis.

At first, we did not consider the use of Zoho's own tools, since the site was implemented on another platform. To achieve the objectives previously described, it was essential to use some tools that are not included in the Zoho platform like like Google Search Console, Goolge Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads keyword planner during the process of market research and keyword selection for content and meta tags of the website.

Early in the diagnostic process, the Zeus4 team faced what would be the most significant challenge with Baby Memories. The client lost total access to the website and hosting, as these were managed by a third-party service with which she lost contact. Furthermore, public access to the online site was disabled, as both the hosting subscription and the domain registration expired.

Due to this problem, we decided to present a second alternative solution which consisted in the implementation of a new website for Baby Memories. This alternative involved a different conceptualization and design of the site, as well as its architecture and contents, since the information could not be recovered in its entirety. The same services were conceived as in the initial proposal, with the elimination of the site's diagnosis. The specialists worked with the client to retrieve as much information as possible from various sources, including a certain amount of cache data from the specialists' browsers who had explored the site to perform the diagnosis.

In order to meet the objectives of this second proposal, it was obligatory and convenient to use several tools within the Zoho platform:

1. The processes of conceptualization, design and implementation of the website, as well as the already mentioned loss of almost all the information, derived in the need for almost a continued contact of Zeus4 specialists with the client, for which a communication channel was enabled in Zoho Cliq.
2. To facilitate and speed up data collection, the client received the initial set of forms, which allowed us to elaborate a complete profile of each client requesting Zeus4 services. These forms were elaborated and processed with the Zoho Survey tool.
3. The flow of sending and receiving mails related to this project was handled through Zoho Mail as well as the invitations to complete the forms generated in Zoho Survey.
4. The implementation of the website was done in Zoho Sites and Zoho Form was used as a tool to implement the contact form for the Contact page.
5. We considered implementing Zoho Bookings to make reservations for Baby Memories services. After comparing ZOho Bookings and Calendly, the platform that the client was using so far, we decided to keep using the second one, as it was better suited to this business needs.

Zeus4's previous experience in E-Commerce allowed access to a robust alternative to implement the service demanded by the client. Positioned in the top 3 worldwide, Shopify had the required suitability to develop the project and to this, we have to add the advantage of being in a partnership with this platform that stands out for its versatility and accessibility.

Under the premise that "anyone, anywhere, can start a business", Shopify seeks to bring the universe of e-commerce to users around the world; and therefore, provides the ability to integrate multiple applications that facilitate marketing with high standards of effectiveness and security. The Zeus4 team has specialized in the management of Shopify and is always a safe bet in terms of effectiveness and better management of economic resources. In the particular case of the Gift Card Paraguay project, we also had the advantage of having a Shopify template that was effective for the development of virtual stores. The experience gained in its use allowed us to identify that the options available in it were adjusted with what was needed in terms of customer service.

One of the advantages quickly optimized by Zeus4, was the native integration of the Pagopar gateway to the Shopify platform. This alternative solution was presented to the customer on the basis of effectiveness criteria based on elements such as the Paraguayan origin of the gateway and the access to multiple payment variants from the country. Identifying the possibility of linking both applications was the result of a coordinated work among the different areas of Zeus4 whose premise was, above all, to satisfy the client's needs.

The sale of a digital product, is equated to the sale of a service and on this logic, the variables shipping and inventory did not apply. Once again, the advantages of Shopify and the specialization that the Zeus4 team has achieved in its management, served as a resource to overcome the peculiarity of this project. The platform had the option implemented to classify the product for sale as "physical" or "virtual", and the second variant was the one that applied to the marketing of gift cards. Inventory and shipping were automatically modifiable and could be disregarded in the configuration. Working for the first time with a product that is marketed under the standards of a service was an invaluable learning experience for the Zeus4 team, which now has the accumulated knowledge to face similar experiences in future projects.

Although working with national payment gateways such as Pagopar implied some difficulties related to the human capital of this company, the positive balance is that we were able to identify a payment alternative in the Paraguayan market. The use of Shopify and Pagopar was a challenge for Zeus4; that translates into the growth of a company that today has a better command of both tools available to one of our strongest areas of work: E-Commerce.
