Baby Memories by Yeoli Imaging is a primarily mobile 2D/3D/4D/5D/HD Live ultrasound business operating in Miami.The client, Yeinet Olivera, runs a business focused on providing the most satisfying experience for pregnant women, either in the comfort of their homes or at the Baby Memories facilities. Even though the client directly manages the social media related to her company and has a significant social media community, she requested the services of Zeus4 on early September 2021.

The client asked for the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) implementations, seeking to improve the organic positioning of her website. The objective of this service is aimed at optimizing the programming, structure and content of the website to achieve a better indexing of the site by the search engine algorithms and thus, position itself in the market in which it is inserted. This service focuses on achieving a positioning among the first answers offered in the various search engines based on the keywords that users enter as a search method on the web and that usually define their intentions and / or interests.

According to the client's interest, the alternative solution we presented was created from an initial evaluation and analysis of the website and its contents, the editing, restructuring and optimization of texts, graphic contents and layout of the site. This alternative was structured toward satisfying the requirements of the Core Web Vitals, Search Signals, On-page SEO, GooglePassages and Mobile-First-Indexing that influence organic positioning. The service included:

  • Market research and keyword definition.
  • Website dagnosis.
  • On-page SEO implementations.
  • On-page content.
  • Adaptation and indexing focused on mobile devices.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager integration for traffic tracking and analysis.

At first, we did not consider the use of Zoho's own tools, since the site was implemented on another platform. To achieve the objectives previously described, it was essential to use some tools that are not included in the Zoho platform like like Google Search Console, Goolge Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads keyword planner during the process of market research and keyword selection for content and meta tags of the website.

Early in the diagnostic process, the Zeus4 team faced what would be the most significant challenge with Baby Memories. The client lost total access to the website and hosting, as these were managed by a third-party service with which she lost contact. Furthermore, public access to the online site was disabled, as both the hosting subscription and the domain registration expired.

Due to this problem, we decided to present a second alternative solution which consisted in the implementation of a new website for Baby Memories. This alternative involved a different conceptualization and design of the site, as well as its architecture and contents, since the information could not be recovered in its entirety. The same services were conceived as in the initial proposal, with the elimination of the site's diagnosis. The specialists worked with the client to retrieve as much information as possible from various sources, including a certain amount of cache data from the specialists' browsers who had explored the site to perform the diagnosis.

In order to meet the objectives of this second proposal, it was obligatory and convenient to use several tools within the Zoho platform:

  1. The processes of conceptualization, design and implementation of the website, as well as the already mentioned loss of almost all the information, derived in the need for almost a continued contact of Zeus4 specialists with the client, for which a communication channel was enabled in Zoho Cliq.
  2. To facilitate and speed up data collection, the client received the initial set of forms, which allowed us to elaborate a complete profile of each client requesting Zeus4 services. These forms were elaborated and processed with the Zoho Survey tool.
  3. The flow of sending and receiving mails related to this project was handled through Zoho Mail as well as the invitations to complete the forms generated in Zoho Survey.
  4. The implementation of the website was done in Zoho Sites and Zoho Form was used as a tool to implement the contact form for the Contact page.
  5. We considered implementing Zoho Bookings to make reservations for Baby Memories services. After comparing ZOho Bookings and Calendly, the platform that the client was using so far, we decided to keep using the second one, as it was better suited to this business needs.

The specialists of our team were satisfied when closing out this Zeus4 project for Baby Memories since the final solution, which consisted in the design and execution of the website and the SEO implementations related to it, was fully achieved, and the client expressed her satisfaction and gratitude to the members of our team.
