You will need a Zoho plan that have access to the CRM, and that is: any plan. CRM is the core of the Zoho applications ecosystem, because of this you will inmediately have access to this management interface from any Zoho plan that you acquire.

Can I use the extension right away or is it required to complete an initial set-up process?

When you install the extension, you will be redirected to the extension’ variables configuration page, where you can set up the initial value of its elements. After that you will enter the CRM with the extension installed and ready to use.

Even though it’s not mandatory, it is recommended that you also complete another step before using all of the extension features, and that is data migration. If you have been using Magaya, you will be able to bring some of the clasifiers and parent data to the CRM, so you can work with the same data arquitecture from both softwares. Data migration can be done, through the Data Explorer and Management tabs of your CRM interface.

Additionally, we can put up a Custom installation package for you, which may include data migration, initial setup, layout and Canvas design, custom automations and training sessions.
