The Zeus 4 team is pleased to announce the release of an extension that integrates part of Magaya's supply and transportation management system with the CRM of Zoho web platform. This extension is connected to two systems that are at the top of their respective industries.

The operation compatible between Magaya and the CRM is the quotation, since it is the first one in the logistic process and from which other transactions are generated. The "Magaya for Zoho CRM" extension is compatible with all Zoho editions. When installed in your organization linked to this platform, you will have immediate access to a number of features, which are explained as follows.

  • Synchronization of customer data

The acquisition of new customers and changes in the information of those already in your CRM are automatically expanded to your connected Magaya database. You can also import all the customers you have stored in Magaya into Zoho CRM, at any time.

  • Handling of freight forwarding quotations in the CRM.

You can prepare freight quotes in the CRM with all the necessary and compatible data. These can be transmitted to Magaya to generate other transactions, facilitating the integration and communication of your company's operation teams. The extension contains an interface to manage the quotation process in a simple and organized way by designing SPA applications and taking advantage of the flexibility of web pages.   • Customizable extension of your CRM

By installing the extension, a series of modules and fields are added to your CRM that make up all the data necessary to manage and make both systems compatible. The display of all records and the interfaces to manage them are flexible and highly customizable, having the possibility to create a design that suits your needs.

  • Unified classifier data

All the classifying data of your management, related to the configuration and administration section in your Magaya system, and that are linked to quotations and customers, can be imported into your organization in Zoho CRM. You can perform this operation when installing the extension at any time, as well as check if there are new items created in Magaya.

  • Shipment monitoring.

You will have access to the information of the scheduled shipments at all times as an important part of the KPI, being able to visualize them as required either in graphs, charts or other ways.
